Track Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it.
How to track your package
- Copy the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email.
- Go to 17TRACK and paste it in.
- You'll see where your package is and its latest updates.
Signed in to your account? You can also see your orders and tracking under My account.
Good to know
- Tracking can take 2–5 days to start updating after you receive the email.
- Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days.
- If your order hasn't arrived after 14 business days, email us at support.oramochipets@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
