Shipping policy

Shipping rates

Orders of US$60 or more ship free. Orders under US$60 have a flat US$9.99 fee for standard tracked shipping.

Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days after you place your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery may occasionally take longer during peak seasons, bad weather or customs delays.

Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and selected countries in Europe and Asia. Available countries are shown at checkout.

Customs and import duties
For orders shipped outside the United States, your country may charge import duties or taxes. These are not included in our prices or shipping fee.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, email us at support.oramochipets@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
